About our Soaps ...

All of the soaps you find at SoapShapes.com are handmade! We custom order our Gourmet Soaps (made from scratch with lye, water, & oils just like our grandmothers used to make!) so that we can offer the scents we love! All of our decorative, novelty and favor soaps are handcrafted right at our location, so you're buying direct from the manufacturer! We take great pride in the shapes, colors, and variety of soaps we carry!

Our soaps are priced "without" packaging, meaning they do not come with ribbon, personalized tags, etc. so that we can provide you will the lowest price possible and also allow you to package the soap how you want to!

Some soaps are scented, some are not ~ every design should have notation whether it's scented or not. If there's ever a concern about skin allergies, we're happy to custom make your order with "no fragrance added" ~ simply leave us a note when you place you order and let us know you want unscented soaps! There's never any additional charge for custom orders, but additional processing time may apply. Email for details if there's a concern about time frame.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICIES:
If you experience changes in your event and no longer have a need for the soaps you have ordered, we will gladly cancel any order before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is "closed" and cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to return soaps once you have received them, you will need to contact us right away. Returned soaps must be received at our facility within 10 days of the date delivered by UPS to your shipping address. Returned products will be given a "store credit" redeemable at any site owned and operated by TAB Enterprises (see www.tabenterprises.com). Returns may be subject to restocking fees. Please email for full details BEFORE sending your package to ensure proper processing.
